March 15, 2011. 6:pm ET --Mainstream media, starts to report that radiation levels are down, as fires are under control at Fukushima Plant


March 16, 2011. 4:00pm ET --Media reporting rumours that Fukushima has NO coolant water left, and that the radioactive fuel rods may be exposed, and moving to meltdown.
